Looking for decorative wall hooks? I’m sharing my 16 favorites!
I’ve been on the hunt for wall hooks for a project that I’m working on and was hoping to find some that are a bit more stylish than a basic hook from the hardware store. I ended up finding a ton of great options and thought I’d do a quick post sharing my favorites with you! Whether you need wall hooks for holding coats in your entryway or towels in your bathroom or for a more unique purpose like hanging art or jewelry, these 16 favorites would do the job in style! From simple and sleek to coastal or whimsical, these wall hooks all caught my eye:
- Simple brass wall hook 2. Oil rubbed bronze hook 3. Knurled wall hook 4. Anchor wall hook 5. Brass medallion hook 6. Wood wall hook 7. Branch wall hook 8. Floral wall hook (multiple color options) 9. Mother of pearl hook 10. Whale tail hook 11. Loop wall hook 12. Modern brass hook 13. Golden champagne robe/towel hook 14. Lucite robe hook 15. Chrome hook 16. Brass bath hook
I actually have two of these in my own home including {this loop wall hook} holding my round rope mirror (my exact mirror is no longer available but {this rope mirror} is similar) by our door to the garage:
The door is painted a dark gray (Benjamin Moore Charcoal Slate) and the door knobs are {these crystal and brass knobs} in satin brass:
I have other brass elements nearby too including {this capiz pendant} over our kitchen eat-in area:

I wanted the finish of my wall hook to match my other finishes in this space so I used Rub ‘n Buff in Gold Leaf (one of my favorite Rub ‘n Buff colors) to change it up!
If you find a style of hook you love but it’s not available in the finish you want, Rub ‘n Buff is a great solution! It’s super easy to use – you just rub a small amount on with a cloth and then you can buff it after it dries to make it shine. I’ve used it on hooks, picture frames, mirror frames, drapery rings, and all kinds of other things. You can find a 4-pack of their most popular colors {here}.
Another wall hook option I have and love are {these simple hooks} in our master bathroom holding towels on the wall:
Mine are the golden champagne finish but they’re also available in matte black and two stainless steel finish options.
I’ve always had towel bars in our bathrooms and had been resistant to using hooks thinking that my towels wouldn’t dry but that actually hasn’t been an issue at all! And they’re so much easier than towel bars for getting towels on and off of that I actually prefer them now.

And with that… this quick post is a wrap! I hope it comes in handy if you’re in the market for wall hooks now or at some point down the road. Have a great start to your week everyone!
