Decorative magnifying glasses are fun, unexpected accessories for adding style to your home. My favorite way to use them is as coffee table decor, resting on a stack of two or three coffee table books. Today I’m sharing inspiration pics for using them in your home and my decorative magnifying glass picks! (post includes commissionable links; for more information see my disclosure statement {here})
If you struggle with adding accessories to your home, one easy “formula” that works on coffee tables, consoles, and dressers is a stack of two books (a smaller book stacked on a larger one) topped with a decorative accessory. Here’s a beautiful example of stacked books topped with a decorative magnifying glass and another accessory on an entryway console (photos from McGee & Co):

In a living or family room, try a stack of two books topped with a magnifying glass and paired with two vases of varying heights like this styled coffee table from McGee & Co.:

If you like an oversized look, instead of using a petite magnifying glass with a slim handle, choose one with a larger lens and more ornate handle like this faux horn-handled magnifying glass:

You can even have with it and dress your magnifying glass up seasonally with a holiday bow or tag:

I also love the look of {this decorative magnifying glass} resting in a round woven tray next to a decorative vase filled with greenery:

After searching all of my favorite online stores for home decor, these are some other decorative magnifying glasses I found that I love (scroll & tap images to shop them):
Which one is your favorite?

Love all the inspiration photos Kris, I have mine too and scored it from TJ maxx! I used it for fall, but since Christmas has begun in my house, it’s away in storage. Come to think of it, the kids love using it as much as I love looking at it!

Oh that turtle magnifying glass is to die for! I bought my fiancé a magnifying glass last Christmas and I may have to plop it into our living room!
