Hi everyone! I’m excited to be part of a spring home tour hosted by the talented Kathleen of Lindsay Hill Interiors where every day this week, five different bloggers have been showcasing a single room in their homes all dressed up for spring. Today is all about dining rooms so come on in – I’d love to show you around! (post includes affiliate links – see my full disclosure statement {here})
For our table centerpiece, I used a scalloped wood bowl (available {here} and {here}) filled with my favorite flowers – pink and white ranunculus that that I picked up at Trader Joe’s. Some inexpensive wax flowers fill in the gaps:
love this look! those napkins are gorgeous and i love the centerpiece!
Thanks Cassie! I appreciate that my friend! Enjoy your weekend!
The small pops of color are just perfect! I love the simple touches like the single flower with twine and wow, that centerpiece is stunning!
Shelley
Thank you so much Shelley! Hope you have a great weekend – looks like our neck of the woods has some nice weather coming our way!
Love your wood bowl in the center of your table and your white dishes on the table! Have a good weekend!
Thank you Mary! I kept it pretty simple 🙂 Hope you enjoy your weekend too!
It’s all beautiful! Love the runner–I’ll have to check out the tutorial. Also, I’ve been trying to talk (my first!) client into a plate wall but she says it reminds her of her grandmother 🙁 I’ll have to show her your dining room that’s anything but old lady! Would you mind telling me more about the prints on either side of the cabinet?
P.S. I had a chuckle over your ORC rattan headboard comment. Sadly I don’t think my husband would ever go for it either although I’ve been dying for a new bed for years and I’ve seen a a couple of rattan headboards/beds that I’m in love with. Sigh, husbands….
Ha! That’s funny about the plate wall – and how exciting that you’re starting to take clients – congrats!! The prints on either side of the cabinet are from Arhaus – I got them years ago as floor models when they were being discontinued but then I saw that they started carrying them a year or so ago again. Not sure if they still have them or not. And thanks for feeling my pain on the rattan headboard – I haven’t given up my battle yet – ha!
Kris, your dining room is a beauty no matter what the season! I love the gorgeous spring touches you added – perfection! ???? Thanks so much for joining us on the tour!

Hi you said you tweeked keystone gray paint but could you tell us what you tweeked about it so we can decide if I want the regular formula or your tweeked formula. Did you lighen it or use more or less drops of a color to change the way the color looks? what was it that you were trying to change about it? Thank you!!!!
Hi Janet – unfortunately I honestly don’t remember what I tweaked about the color. I did the tweaking about ten years ago in a previous home and then just used the same formula when we moved to our current home. If you take my formula to Sherwin Williams, they would be able to tell you the color difference between it and the original formula. Sorry I’m of little help!
Hi yes I will take your fomula in to see difference. Thanks for the info love the keystone gray on my monitor. Can you tell me does it read green at all or more orangy or more gray? It seems to go with every color you change to for your dining table. Thanks for your help.
Where did you get the plates on your wall, particularly the white ones?
My plates are from Juliska – the Jardins du Monde collection. The plates are pretty pricey but Juliska has a warehouse sale twice a year where they are significantly discounted – that’s when I got mine!
