Looking for Christmas wish list ideas? My family has gathered together all of our favorite things to share tons of great gift ideas with you!
I’m excited to be sharing my 6th annual Favorite Things Christmas Gift Guide that I put together every holiday season! I’m sharing it WAY earlier than I usually do after several requests from those of you who are trying to knock out your holiday shopping early due to all of the product shortages and shipping delays.
As always, I’ve compiled all of my family’s favorite things to give you some great ideas for gifts to buy for family & friends or to add to your own Christmas wish list. If you’re looking for the perfect gift ideas for her, him, teen/college aged girls, or even your dog you’ve come to the right place 😊 Ready to get going and check out our favorites? (post includes affiliate links – full disclosure statement available {here})
Let’s start with my own personal favorites – I’ve got lots of great ideas to add to a Christmas wish list for her:
Christmas Wish List Ideas: Gifts for Her
1. Turtle planter | 2. Wireless charger | 3. Barefoot Dreams cardigan | 4. Dyson Omni-Glide | 5. SUGAR lip set | 6. Moonlight Pajamas | 7. Gold cuff bracelet | 8. T3 Folding Hair Dryer | 9. Flameless electronic candle lighter | 10. Essie Nail Polishes – Angora Cardi, Ballet Slippers, & Chinchilly | 11. USB charging cable
1. I love beautiful planters and have a thing for brass animals too so {this turtle planter} that’s the perfect combination of the two was love at first sight! Gift it as-is or filled with a plant:
I bought mine several months ago and it’s sold out within days every time it’s come back into stock so snag this one quick. I also have and love {this bust planter} in the large size which would make a great gift too.
2. I shared this wireless charger on my gift ideas list last year but had to put it on my list again after hearing from so many of you who bought it saying how much you love it! I keep {this floral wireless charger} (which comes in three pattern options) on my nightstand and simply lay my iPhone on top of it when I go to bed for charging:
I love that I’m never hunting around for charging cords and that it displays a green or red light when you place your phone on it so you know for certain that it’s positioned correctly for charging. It would be great to have at a desk area too. I also have the matching AirPods case which keeps mine from getting mixed up with Jeff’s – you can check out their entire selection of AirPods & AirPods Pro cases {here}.
3. I’m all about everything Barefoot Dreams – seriously the coziest stuff you’ll ever own! They make amazing gifts because not only does everyone love them but it’s easier to get sizing right than for most other clothing and they’re a bit of a splurge so may not be something you’d buy on your own. It’s become my husband’s favorite gift to give me because he knows it’s the one thing he can buy that I’ll never return. 🙂
Since my first Barefoot Dreams robe that I got over 20 years ago, I’ve had everything from their cardigans, throws, robes, and travel shawls and love them all but if this is someone’s first Barefoot Dreams item, I’d recommend getting a cardigan like {this CozyChic long cardigan} that comes in four color options:
or {this CozyChic hooded cardigan}. Other great gifts include their robes {here} and their comfy throws {here}.
4. In our previous house I was spoiled by having a vacuum built into our island that I could sweep things into for quick clean ups. After moving to our current home I bought {this Dyson Omni-Glide} to do the job of quick clean-ups and I LOVE it so much! It’s a smaller, more maneuverable version of typical Dyson cordless vacuums that’s made specifically for hard floors (hardwood, tile, LVP, etc.) with two fluffy rollerheads:
It doesn’t take up much space to store and I can whip it around our kitchen and laundry room in no time so it’s perfect for quick clean ups! And while it’s made for hard floors it works well on my low pile carpets & rugs too.
5. I started using SUGAR lip balms about a year ago and am hooked! I put the SUGAR advanced therapy lip treatment on at night and the Rosé and Petal lip balms are my go-to’s during the day (they hydrate your lips and add just a hint of color). {This SUGAR lip gift set} which is adorably packaged features travel sizes of all three, making it the perfect stocking stuffer! Also check out {this larger SUGAR lip minis set} which comes with 6 lip balms which you could gift together or separate out, putting 1-2 lip minis in each stocking.
6. Who doesn’t love a great pair of cozy pajamas for Christmas? {These Moonlight PJs} are a long-time favorite that come in several new color and pattern options each year (I love the new ivory egret print). I’m also a long-time lover of J Crew’s Dreamy Pajamas which they recently replaced with {these eco friendly Dreamiest pajamas} that are available in lots of pretty solid colors. If they’re anything like the Dreamy PJs, they would be a winning gift too!
7. I’m a sucker for a good bracelet and one of my go-to brands is Kendra Scott because there are such pretty design options and I love the tone of their gold bracelets. It’s a softer gold with silver undertones that makes it work with pretty much any other finish of jewelry. My most recent favorite is {this Fallyn cuff bracelet}:
It looks great alone or stacked with other bracelets, can be dressed up or down, and can be adjusted based on your wrist size. Other bracelets I have and love include {this Kendra Scott Ott bracelet} and several of {these Victoria Emerson wrap bracelets}.
8. I’ve heard so much about T3 hair dryers and finally pulled the trigger when they had a great sale early in the year. It has lived up to the hype! The T3 hair dyers are designed to dry your hair more quickly than other hair dryers and with less frizz. {This folding T3 hair dryer} that’s currently available at outlet pricing with free shipping would make a great gift! Or if you’re looking for a true splurge, the T3 Cura available {here} gets great reviews (get 20% off with code FRIENDS20).
9. If you’re buying a gift for a candle lover, {this flameless electronic candle lighter} would make a great stocking stuffer or pair it with a candle (I LOVE {this balsam & cedar candle}) for a wonderful hostess gift. I have the candle lighter in the champagne gold finish but there are several other finish options too.
10. Nail polishes make a great stocking stuffer too – three of my favorite Essie shades are Ballet Slippers (light pink) found {here}, Chinchilly (gray) found {here}, and Angora Cardi (a deep rose that’s perfect for fall/the holidays) found {here}.
11. I received {this USB charging cable} (sage color) as a gift last year and use it constantly. It has a LONG cord so can be used with outlets as far as ten feet away which allows me to sit on our sofa using my phone while it’s being charged. And it charges my phone quickly unlike other long cords that take forever.
But best of all, since the color and style is unique, everyone in the family knows it’s mine and not a cord they can get away with stealing 🙂 It also comes in handy for travel when guest rooms don’t have outlets close to the nightstands or when someone in the backseat of the car wants to charge their phone or stream a movie.
When not in use, I keep mine organized with a leather cable strap similar to {these}.
A few other gift ideas for her that I have and love are:
{These packing cubes} that allow me to pack so much more in my luggage while keeping everything organized
Kitchen gadgets such as {this clip-on strainer}, {these magnetic measuring spoons}, or {this pizza cutter}. You can find other fun favorite kitchen gadgets that would make great stocking stuffers by checking out {this post on my favorite kitchen gadgets}.
{This rotating scrub brush} which is the best thing ever for cleaning
{This on/off clamp} that keeps a regular cordless Dyson on without having to pull the trigger (it’s not needed for the Omni-Glide)
{These cushy mats} that are perfect for in front of the kitchen sink and come in the cutest patterns (this is something I don’t currently have but want!)
And now moving on to my husband Jeff’s favorites with lots of great ideas to add to your Christmas wish list…
Christmas Wish List Ideas: Gifts for Him
1. Magic wallet | 2. Black Thermoball eco jacket | 3. Ember smart mug | 4. Grill basket | 5. Smokeless firepit | 6. Portable jump starter | 7. Sanuk shoes | 8. Car vacuum cleaner | 9. Tech short sleeve shirt | 10. Tech button down shirt

2. I’ve shared before how we constantly tease Jeff about his black coat collection because he literally buys two new ones every year and has a black coat for every occasion and weather variable imaginable. His favorite of the bunch (and trust me, he has tried a LOT) is {this black Thermoball eco jacket}. In Jeff’s words “It’s super lightweight but still quite warm in the winter yet not too warm when it’s less cold so I wear it almost year-round. It packs extremely small so is easy to stuff in a suitcase or laptop backpack for travel. I also like that it’s not too thick so I can wear it under another such as a raincoat or sport coat if I want”
3. I gave Jeff {this Ember smart mug} for Christmas last year since he’s an all-day coffee drinker and he says it’s one of his all-time favorite gifts. It’s different from a regular coffee heating pad/plate because the mug also keeps the coffee piping hot for up to 1.5 hours off the charging coaster (FYI, the charging coaster needs to be plugged in – the cord on ours is lying behind the mug where you can’t see it in the pic):
Using the Ember Mug app you can set the temperature of your coffee to the precise temp that you like best and receive notifications. Jeff has the 10 oz mug but there’s also a larger 14 oz option you can find {here}. And if you want to get really fancy, you can get the larger size Ember mug {here} with a personalized monogram on it.
4. Jeff has a lot of favorite grilling supplies, including {this grill basket} which is one I haven’t shared before. It’s great for putting vegetables on the grill without worrying about them falling through the grill grate. And it’s dishwasher friendly for easy clean-up. Other grilling supplies he loves are {these grill mats} and {this grill brush}.
5. We recently bought {this “smokeless” Solo Bonfire} that’s a fire pit designed to make it easy to create a roaring fire with nearly no smoke and minimal ash left to clean. It hasn’t been cold enough to use ours yet but Jeff was dying to get one after being at a firepit at a friend’s house who had one. I love that it has a simple, clean-lined design:
The Bonfire is their mid-sized version that’s big enough to create a roaring fire while being small enough to be portable. It’s perfect for us because we can easily store it in our garage during the warm weather months yet it’s easy to carry out to our backyard when we want to use it. Solo also has {this larger Yukon fire pit} and {this smaller Ranger} that’s the perfect compact size for camping or bonfires at the beach.
6. After a long distance trip where our car died at a rest stop and it took forever to find someone to help us jump start it, Jeff bought {this portable jump starter} that runs on a Lithium battery and makes it simple and easy to jump start your own car if there’s no one around to help you or if you’re parked in a way that it’s difficult to get another car close to the hood of yours. Everything you need comes in a small portable bag:
As an added bonus, it can also be used as a portable power bank to recharge smartphones, tablets, and other USB devices if you live somewhere that you get storms that knock out your power. Jeff bought one for each of our girls’ cars too so they won’t ever be left stranded with a dead battery.
7. Along with coats, Jeff’s a shoe guy and his current favorites are {these Sanuk Vagabond shoes} that he bought earlier this year and get great reviews. The sole is similar to that of a sandal while the rest of the design is like a shoe. They are extremely comfortable and machine washable too! Jeff also loves that the way the seams run in the back of the shoes allows them to folds down perfectly if he wants to just slide them on for a quick trip outside:
Some of his other favorite shoes are {these tree runner sneakers} and {these Zerogrand wingtip oxfords} for work and dressier occasions.
8. We keep our house pretty clean but our cars… they’re a freaking disaster (did you notice all the sand in the back of our car in my pic of the portable car charger? 😂). I’m cheating adding {this highly rated car vacuum cleaner} to the list because we haven’t personally tried it out yet but I came across it while shopping for gift ideas for Jeff and love the idea! The car vacuum plugs into the car’s lighter and has a super long cord so you can keep it in your car (it comes with a carrying bag) and use it as needed.
9 & 10. These Bonobos shirts are Jeff’s favorites including {these Tech short sleeve shirts} and {these Tech button down shirts} that come in a ton of color and pattern options. Jeff loves that they’re super breathable so you don’t get sweaty wearing them even when it’s warm. He first bought a short sleeve shirt for a vacation in the tropics and was so impressed by how cool he stays wearing them that he bought more short sleeve shirts for daily use and some long sleeve button downs for when he’s back in the office. You can choose Tailored, Slim, or Standard shirt fit – he has a medium build and wears the slim.
Some other gift ideas for the guys in your life include:
{This Opal icemaker} that makes the best Sonic-like nugget ice – the whole family loves it!
{This portable wheeled Yeti cooler} that lives up to the hype for keeping things cool all day long and being virtually indestructible.
{These large sphere & square ice cube molds} that cool your cocktail but melt less quickly than typical ice cubes so your alcohol doesn’t get watered down.
{This inexpensive breakfast sandwich maker} that makes great breakfast sandwiches quickly and easily.
Moving on with some gift suggestions for teen and college age girls based on my daughters’ favorite things:
Christmas Wish List Ideas: Gifts for Teen & College Age Girls
1. Avocado squishmallow | 2. Roller skates | 3. Fleece shacket | 4. Face roller | 5. Lighted makeup mirror | 6. Portable iPhone charger | 7. Zodiac rings | 8. Rose quartz face roller | 9. Blue light glasses | 10. Hair clips | 11. Instax mini camera | 12. Yogibo
1. Squishmallows are really popular right now because (according to my girls) they’re “super soft and adorable”. Apparently the avocado is the most popular of the bunch but there are tons of options depending on what the giftee’s interests are – this dinosaur is my oldest daughter’s favorite:
You can find the avocado squishmallow {HERE} and other squishmallow options {HERE} and {HERE}. A lot of knock-offs have come out with squishmallows becoming so popular so be sure to look for the squishmallow brand.
2. Having grown up at the roller skating ring, I love that skates are back in style! {These roller skates} come in the cutest colors and get rave reviews.
3. A combination shirt/jacket (“shacket”), {this lightweight version of a shacket} with a fleece lining is one of my oldest daughter’s favorites.
4. {This Revlon face roller} is made with real volcanic stone, which soaks up excess oil on your face with a simple roll! Great if you have oily skin and/or to reduce shine on your face. Can be used on clean skin or over makeup and the roller can be removed, washed, and reused. It’s really small in size (just a little bigger than a nail polish bottle):
so would be easy to keep in your purse or backpack for a quick “de-shine” as needed. A great stocking stuffer!
5. {This trifold lighted makeup mirror} is extremely well lit, has sections with 2x and 3x magnification, and comes in a variety of colors. While a lot of mirrors with LED lighting must be plugged in, this one runs on batteries or can be powered with a USB cable.
6. Having a good portable charger is a must-have! {This rose gold portable iPhone charger} is super slim, charges quickly, and has a built-in cable so you no longer have to hunt down a charging cord.
7. {These Zodiac rings} are handmade by the cutest Etsy shop and look much more expensive than they are! Check out their entire Etsy shop {here} for beautiful personalized necklaces, rings, necklaces, and more.
8. {This Rose quartz face roller} is used to massage the skin and improve circulation to eliminate puffiness, dark circles, and fine lines and give you a healthy glow. The perfect stocking stuffer!
9. {These blue light glasses} would be a great gift for anyone who spends a lot of time in front of their computers including high school and college students. They block the blue light from the computer screen that can cause eye fatigue. Both of my daughters use theirs daily.
10. Large hair clips are popular with this age group, making {these large hair claws} that come in a combination of colors a great gift. There are several color options but my daughter picked this pink, khaki, green, and black color combination as her favorite. {These claw clips} are another pretty option!
11. {This Instax mini camera} is a fun way to get printed photos instantly! The camera color options are so fun and they’re loaded with extras for taking the perfect pics! Also snag {this two-pack of Instax film} to go with it.
12. {This Yogibo} is a hot gift this season! It’s an oversized bean bag chair filled with soft micro-beads that mold to fit your body. Our daughters use theirs all the time as a cozy spot to read a book or just to relax. And as a bonus, the cover can be removed and thrown in the washing machine for cleaning.
A few other teen/college age girl gift ideas are…
Weighted blankets such as {these bestsellers} that are available in a variety of size and weight options. The rule of thumb for choosing the right weight blanket is that it should be about 10% of your body weight. So for someone who is 120 pounds, a 12 pound weighted blanket would be just right.
{This huggable llama} and {this sloth} heating/cooling pads that are filled with buckwheat grains and lavender and can be microwaved to keep you warm or frozen to cool you off.
The two hair tools that my daughters use the most are {this deep waver} to create beachy hair waves and {this one step hair dryer} that smooths and volumizes as it dries your hair.
{These fuzzy slippers} that my oldest daughter loves and are available in several color options:
{These Lululemon leggings} are always a hit. There are lots of great color options and with free shipping and returns it’s easy to do an exchange after the holidays if you don’t get the size right.
{These Fenty Beauty Lip Luminizers} are almost universally loved (and a nice little splurge gift that they might not buy on their own).
Cricket wanted to get in on the action too and share all of her favorite things! They are…

And with that… we’re done! I hope you found a few gift ideas to add to your own Christmas wish list or to buy for those you love!

XO,
Fern Bradley says
Hate to ask this but, did you have a blog about a month ago about rebuilt appliances? Was very interested in an item and thought I saved that blog but apparently not.
If it was you, would appreciate finding out what the web site was.
Thank you!
