Welcome to our Wilmington, NC Home! We bought our home about a year ago knowing that we’d be making the move from CT to NC in late 2021. It’s got great bones and was impeccably maintained by the previous owners. Plus we got lucky enough to buy it before the real estate market went crazy too! There hasn’t been much updated since the time in was built in the mid ’90s so we plan to do several major renovations to make it our own.
