    Tour Our NC Home

Welcome to our Wilmington, NC Home! We moved to Wilmington from Connecticut in late 2021 with plans to settle down in North Carolina for good (you can get the full backstory {here}). We bought our home as a landing spot to live in for however long it takes to find our forever home or possibly build a home. It was built in the mid ’90s and hadn’t been updated at all but we fell in love with it because of its great bones, beautiful backyard, and the fact that it was impeccably maintained by the previous owners (as opposed to our last house that was the biggest money pit the first year we owned it!). We still have a lot of renovating to do, but come on in and I’ll tour you around to share some of the spaces we’ve been working on! (post includes affiliate links; full disclosure statement available {here})

We’ll start out with our guest room that you can see more of {HERE},

Come on in and let me show you around our newly made-over guest room!

my girls’ room that you can see more of {HERE},

Love the peel and stick wallpaper she used in this bedroom!

our breakfast nook that you can see more of {HERE},

So pretty! White paint color is Benjamin Moore Chantilly Lace

our back porch that you can see more of {HERE},

Love this outdoor seating set on her back porch!

and even a budget-friendly quick kitchen makeover (to tide us over to when we do a full renovation) that you can see more of {HERE},

Gorgeous woven abaca counter stools - love these at our kitchen island!

There are LOTS of projects and renovations to come that I hope you’ll enjoy following along on (subscribe {HERE} to get all of my new posts if you aren’t already following along!). In the meantime, if you want to see more “before” pics of our house and read more about how we landed in Wilmington, {this post} that I wrote when we bought it is a good read!

    Thanks for stopping by!
